Anti-Inflammatory Protein Oat Bites

These no-bake protein oat bites are so tasty that you won't even realize how packed with superfoods they are. Oats, seeds, and turmeric combine powers for anti-inflammatory benefits not to mention protein, iron, and lots of other nutrients.

  • 2 packets Real Made Oats (any flavor!)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 5 dates
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
  • ⅓ cup nut butter
  • 1 ⅓ Tbsp turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  2. Add some maple or agave syrup until the mixture reaches a sticky consistency.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate.
