  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ½ packs Real Made Banana & Coffee Overnight Oats

Instructions

  1. 1. Beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and mix well.
  2. 2. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir into wet mixture. Stir in oats.
  3. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and drop on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool before enjoying!
